Description
The Dwarven Capitol of Otia, situation between multiple large mountain passes. Situated at the back of the pass, is the large castle fortress, used as both a meeting place for a number of the high houses across the continent in times of crisis.
Situated in the surrounding town, many smaller Dwarven clans and banner man trade the fortunes from their expeditions both within and without Otia.
