Background
Owner and proprietor of the Oak and Eagle Inn, one of the finer taverns and inn in Blackport. Maxwell is the brother to the Duke Alden Blackwood and a friend of Thalion. Through many performances and soft words, he often stays at the establishment for free.
He was recruited to help in the final confrontation with Jaggeth after Thalion pleaded with Duke Alden for assistance.
